As a tradesman (private firm after German right) have the possibility of uniting with one or more natural or legal entities. In commercial way if a furnished business concern is not here given, the society is obligated not to the entry into the trade register and is subject thus as a so-called BGB society to the civil law book. However in commercial way if a furnished business concern should be necessary, the society would have to be registered for example in form of an open commercial company or limited partnership into the trade register.
